Account, membership, key.

A hackerspace in Warsaw run by the founders who live in it. Here is the whole model in four steps, and the two other ways to be part of it.

The steps

Create an account. Sign up with GitHub or an email. That puts you on the members list as a lurker: you can see who is around and what is on, and nothing is charged.
Become a member. $1,000 once, then $100 a month from next month. Stripe hosts the checkout; you manage the card and invoices yourself in your space. First 100 members only. Why $1,000 up front? It is a filter, not a fundraiser. We want people who already build serious things and have serious experience, and who will treat a key to this house as a commitment rather than a trial. If that is you, the fee is a rounding error next to what you will get out of the room. No exceptions. The only people who do not pay it are the house residents, because they live here. Everyone else pays the same fee, and that is the point.
Get the key. Members get into every event and have round-the-clock access to the hackerspace at Kosiarzy 21B. Read the rules first; the roles page says who can say yes to what.
Build the space with us. 50% of the money pays the rent, 50% sets up the space. Every 10 members unlock the next version on the roadmap, and members decide what gets bought next.

Patrons put any amount into the space once, no membership attached. Become a patron.

Residents live and work in the house. That is by invitation; apply and tell us what you are building.
